Yep, that’s right. Today, I did my 100th photo shoot and apart from rotten weather, it was great.

I was co-shooting with Genna and a model called “The Big Tease” – a beautiful young lady who enjoys creating pin-up and vintage style images. And she really suits them – lovely curves, gorgeous face and the outfits fit perfectly. Also a great, cheery personality despite nearly freezing and takes direction very well.

She was totally professional, even wandering around a graveyard for shots, or standing barefoot on wet rocks on a rainy, windy Fife beach. I can’t recommend her highly enough and hope that this was the first of many shoots with this fabulous lady.

My images were taken on film but I will be posting some when I get them developed. In the meantime, you can find her here.

 A change of scenery

Well, literally a change of scenery. I decided to show what else I can do, beyond photographs of beautiful women.

This is the Buchanty Spout, near Crieff in Perthshire. Its a salmon leap.

It does make me wonder if salmon are completely insane though. While I was there photographing, there were salmon trying to leap up this torrent of water to get back up stream to their spawning grounds. The river was full and wild after days of heavy rain and, as you can see it would definitely be called “rapid”, but there they were, the salmon, taking a run, or swim, at the waterfall, hoping to leap up and past the next section so they can get up river for a bit of reproducing before they drop dead from exhaustion.

Anyway, enjoy. There are a couple of other pictures of the river that feeds this, so have a look.
